Terms & Conditions for Students
1. Admission Criteria:
- All students must fulfill the admission criteria set by Naman Computer Center.
- Submission of required documents is mandatory for admission.
2. Attendance Policy:
- Regular attendance is required for all classes.
- Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage as per the center's guidelines.
3. Code of Conduct:
- Students are expected to maintain decorum and respect within the premises.
- Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Payment Policy:
- Fees must be paid according to the schedule provided by the center.
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in penalties or dismissal.
5. Use of Facilities:
- Students are allowed to use the center's facilities responsibly.
- Any damage to equipment or property will incur fines.
6. Academic Integrity:
- Plagiarism or cheating in exams/projects is strictly prohibited.
- Students found violating academic integrity will face disciplinary action.
7. Communication:
- Students should regularly check communication channels for updates and announcements from the center.
8. Withdrawal Policy:
- Students wishing to withdraw from a course must follow the center's withdrawal procedure.
- Refund policies, if any, will be as per the center's guidelines.
9. Safety Regulations:
- Students must adhere to safety regulations while using equipment and facilities.
- Any accidents or incidents must be reported immediately to the concerned authorities.
10. Compliance with Rules:
- Students are expected to comply with all the rules and regulations of Naman Computer Center.
- Ignorance of the rules will not be considered as an excuse for non-compliance.

Hindi:

1. प्रवेश मानदंड:
- सभी छात्रों को नामान कंप्यूटर सेंटर द्वारा निर्धारित प्रवेश मानदंड को पूरा करना होगा।
- प्रवेश के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
2. उपस्थिति नीति:
- सभी कक्षाओं के लिए नियमित उपस्थिति आवश्यक है।
- छात्रों को केंद्र के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार न्यूनतम उपस्थिति प्रतिशत बनाए रखना होगा।
3. आचार संहिता:
- छात्रों से केंद्र के परिसर में शिष्टाचार और सम्मान बनाए रखने की अपेक्षा है।
- किसी भी अशांति भरी व्यवहार को सहन नहीं किया जाएगा।
4. भुगतान नीति:
- शुल्क केंद्र द्वारा प्रदत्त अनुसूची के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए।
- समय पर शुल्क न भरने पर दंड या बहाली का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
5. सुविधाओं का उपयोग:
- छात्रों को संजानीय तरीके से केंद्र की सुविधाओं का उपयोग करने की अनुमति है।
- किसी भी उपकरण या संपत्ति को क्षति पहुंचाने पर धन जुर्माना लगेगा।
6. शैक्षिक अदालत:
- प्रतिलिपि बनाना या परीक्षा / प्रोजेक्ट में धोखाधड़ी सख्त रूप से निषिद्ध है।
- शैक्षिक अदालत का उल्लंघन करने वाले छात्रों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
7. संचार:
- छात्रों को केंद्र से अद्यतन और घोषणाओं के लिए नियमित रूप से संचार चैनल की जांच करनी चाहिए।
8. वापसी नीति:
- किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम से निकलने की इच्छा व्यक्त करने वाले छात्रों को केंद्र की वापसी प्रक्रिया का पालन

1. Attendance Policy:
- Students are required to maintain regular attendance as per the schedule provided by the center.
- Persistent absenteeism may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.
2. Code of Conduct:
- Students must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
- Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, harassment, bullying, or cheating, will not be tolerated.
3. Use of Facilities:
- Students are expected to use the computer center's facilities and equipment responsibly.
- Any damage caused to the property due to negligence or misuse will incur repair or replacement charges.
4. Payment Policy:
- Fees must be paid in full by the specified due date.
- Non-payment may result in suspension from classes until outstanding fees are settled.
5. Intellectual Property:
- Students must respect copyright laws and refrain from unauthorized copying or distribution of software or course materials.
6. Confidentiality:
- Any information shared during the course, including but not limited to, class discussions and personal details, must be kept confidential.
7. Dress Code:
- Students are required to adhere to the dress code specified by the center during class hours.
8. Safety and Security:
- Students must comply with all safety regulations and procedures while on the premises.
- In case of an emergency, students must follow instructions provided by staff.
9. Disciplinary Action:
- The center reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including expulsion, in case of serious breaches of conduct or violation of terms and conditions.
10. Modification of Terms:
- Naman Computer Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes.

छात्रों के लिए नामन कंप्यूटर सेंटर की प्रतिबंधित शर्तें और नियम:

1. उपस्थिति नीति:
- छात्रों को केंद्र द्वारा प्रदान की गई अनुसूची के अनुसार नियमित उपस्थिति बनाए रखनी होगी।
- नियमित अनुपस्थिति के कारण पारिश्रमिक के बिना पाठ्यक्रम से निकाला जा सकता है।
2. आचार संहिता:
- छात्रों को प्रोफेसर, कर्मचारियों और सहछात्रों के प्रति संवेदनशील और व्यावसायिक ढंग से व्यवहार करना होगा।
- अव्यवस्थापन, उत्पीड़न, बुरी आचरण या चीटिंग सहित किसी भी विघटनाकारी व्यवहार का कोई भी स्वीकृति नहीं होगा।
3. संसाधनों का उपयोग:
- छात्रों से अपराधिक रूप से केंद्र की संसाधनों और उपकरणों का सजीव उपयोग करने की आशा है।
- लापरवाही या दुरुपयोग के कारण होने वाले किसी भी नुकसान के लिए मरम्मत या पुनर्स्थापन शुल्क लगाया जाएगा।
4. भुगतान नीति:
- शुल्क को निर्दिष्ट समय सीमा के भीतर पूरा किया जाना चाहिए।
- अवैतनिकता के कारण कक्षाओं से सस्पेंड होने की स्थिति में, बकाया शुल्क निपटान किया जाने तक।
5. बुद्धिमत्ता की संपत्ति:
- छात्रों को कॉपीराइट कानूनों का सम्मान करना चाहिए और अनधिकृत कॉपीयों या पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री की अनधिकृत कॉपी या वितरण से बचना चाहिए।
6. गोपनीयता:
- पाठ्यक्रम के दौरान साझा की गई किसी भी जानकारी, सहायक छात्रवृत्ति और व्यक्तिगत विवरण संरक्षित रखने की आवश्यकता है

  - All individuals must adhere to the dress code policy during classes and official events.

  - Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage as specified by the center.
  - Leave requests must be submitted in advance and approved by the appropriate authority.

  - Violations of center rules will result in disciplinary action, which may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion.
